I am missing an item, or I received an incorrect item.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We want you to end up with your items in perfect condition. If they don’t arrive that way, let us know at https://www.blinkybricks.com/pages/contact-us. We may ask for photos so we can see what happened, but we will sort things out for you.
What is Blinky Bricks's return policy?
Physically shipped items can be returned in the original packaging within 15 days when unopened. Just contact us at https://www.blinkybricks.com/pages/contact-us and we will walk you through the process.
What shipping methods are available?
We offer various shipping options from the US Postal Service (USPS). To find out the cost of each, simply add the items you would like to your shopping cart, and begin the checkout process. After you enter your address, you will see your available shipping options and the cost for each.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders ship the next business day. If I place an order on Monday using Priority Mail 2-Day shipping, my order will likely ship on Tuesday and then be delivered on Thursday, two business days later. Exactly how long your order takes to be delivered once it ships depends on the ship method you choose.
Our warehouse is open 7 days a week and on some holidays. Orders placed on weekends will ship the next business day. During the holidays, after a busy weekend, or after a new releae, it may take longer than one business day to ship an order due to a large volume of orders. Rest assured, we will ship your order as soon as possible
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express) and PayPal.
Gift cards that have a major credit card company symbol on them are also accepted. You will just need to set up the billing address on that card before ordering.
